This Plaza Hotel is a 4-star hotel in the heart of Tallaght on the foothills of the Dublin Mountains just off Belgard Road beside The Square Shopping Center. Named after the many trees in the locality Alder Café Bar is located on the ground floor with direct access from the main car park. The hotel offers 122 bedrooms with attached bathroom along with a number of suites. Two event spaces together with 4 meeting suites allow for conferences and events of all sizes ranging from 5-200 people. Alder Café Bar is new all day dining outlet serving food and beverage daily. Mills Restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel and features views of the Dublin and Wicklow mountains! There is a Luas tram located 5 minutes' walk away which takes less than 30 minutes to reach the city center. Great place to stay

Liked: Very modern and clean. Easy access and car parking on site
Disliked: Shower over bath. Prefer walk in shower

Superb

Liked: Really nice hotel. Large comfortable rooms, the food in the bar was really tasty. Free parking too. Great base if you have a car which we did. 20-25 minute drive from Glasnevin Cemetery and Kilmainham Gaol.

Couldn't fault it - it...

Liked: Beds were really comfortable - we always find it hard to sleep the first night in a different bed but the beds in the Plaza were probably the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. Good size underground parking with plenty of spots available. Good dinner in the evening.
