The feeling of home and...

Liked: Location and staff. The Hotel is within walking distant of all of the cultural and food establishments that make Florence such a special place to visit. Right across the street from the Aron River and across the river to Piazzale Michelangelo with a view of the beautifully lite Tower. At the same time you can look down the river to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff were wonderful friendly welcoming and accommodating.
Disliked: Leaving.

Disliked: My reservation was for 2 connecting rooms but the hotel gave me 1 suite which is cheaper than the 2 rooms which is a scam

Disliked: Shower was small.Cleaning services were not up to standard.Not all staff members were welcoming.
