It was clean, comfortable and very convenient!

Liked: They had a room!

Don't expect much.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.

We checked in and were placed on a floor with no air conditioning. When we went down to the front desk to ask how we could turn air on in our room they then informed us that that's not an option due to construction and then moved us to another room.

Disliked: We were put on a floor with no air conditioning.

Disliked: Pool was not available due to renovations. And there was only one elevator in the whole hotel.

Liked: The only issue I had was that they closed the breakfast bar too soon. Sunday morning I was able to get a good breakfast in but Monday morning they closed it too early and not letting the guest know ahead of time. If I would have know that breakfast would close at 9 I would get there sooner. But other than that I enjoyed my stay and the WiFi is excellent!
Disliked: Let your guest know ahead of time that breakfast would be closed early. I paid good money to stay here I would like to expect what I paid for

Disliked: Smelt like smoke. Toilet seat was broken. Homeless people sleeping in front and behind motel. No parking at all. Cards didn’t work in any doors so we had to walk around the entire motel to get to our room. Asked and asked and asked for towels the second day we were there and front desk told us 3 times they were bringing them up and never did, my husband had to go down and finally demand our towels. The website did not say the pool and hot tub were out of service. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor that my husband had to clean before I would even go into it. The smell of cigarette smoke over powered the entire hotel. The homeless on the front steps and behind the motel sleeping worried me to go out and walk my dog without my husband. The front desk on Friday night between the hours of 9-11 pm were NOT friendly. We will never be back. We will make sure to let everyone know the experience. I feel like I deserve my money back for this motel.

Disliked: The ceiling over the shower was peeling, wasn’t clean, and it wasn’t comfortable.

It’s cheap for a reason

Disliked: - no change for laundry machines- door to our room we had to hip check it to get in- there was no toilet paper roll holder- building was worn down and dingy overall
