It was clean, comfortable and very convenient!

Liked: They had a room!

Don't expect much.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.

We checked in and were placed on a floor with no air conditioning. When we went down to the front desk to ask how we could turn air on in our room they then informed us that that's not an option due to construction and then moved us to another room.

Disliked: We were put on a floor with no air conditioning.

Disappointing

Never will I stay here...

Liked: Dirty, loud, to be as much $ per night as ihg places you should just go to ihg at least there you will have something less ghetto. Don't be fooled by the plaza name model 6 would probably be better
Disliked: Everything. Way overpriced for what you get

Pleasant

Liked: Safe, clean, location were all important. And of course the showerhead gets A. I'll go on to say the rooms are remodeled, their clean, staff engages and pleasant, there is candy bars and chips and soda in a little snack shop. Construction seems ongoing but everyone seemed to only be present mid morning to 5pm and they scattered away. The parking lot and hotel was well lit and safe. Surprisingly quiet I opened my door and someone down the hall was super loud but couldn't hear a thing, the room was spacious and the ac was cool. A cold fridge check and a microwave check.
Disliked: The only reason for the 6 out of 10 was what everyone complained about when I read the reviews as well. The pool and hot tub were not filled. And breakfast wasn't on the premises. The bed was worn. It was lumpy and not the greatest but I didn't notice it till day 3. Housekeeping was actually very nice despite not speaking English. I mentioned the bed to staff and they asked if I wanted to change rooms but I declined it wasn't enough of a discomfort to go thru the hassle but next time I would.
