It was clean, comfortable and very convenient!

Liked: They had a room!

Don't expect much.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.

We checked in and were placed on a floor with no air conditioning. When we went down to the front desk to ask how we could turn air on in our room they then informed us that that's not an option due to construction and then moved us to another room.

Disliked: We were put on a floor with no air conditioning.

Not worth the price. False...

Liked: The breakfast wasn’t bad
Disliked: The “Plaza Hotel” only had that name on the sign. Inside it was a different hotel name. The “hotel” was not clean and was very rundown. The pictures that were shown on the website were perfectly angled to make it look nice. It was so dirty that my husband and I didn’t even feel comfortable showering. If we didn’t pay so much to stay for one night, I would have gone somewhere else. The toilet didn’t even flush. A spider ran across our comforter after I woke up. Do not waste your money here. False advertisement.

Clean, safe, and pleasant and...

Liked: Room was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful, the premises were clean, the bathroom probably needs a fan due to the humidty from shower was bubbling the new paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bed was super comfy. I have no complaints. Breakfast was the usual hotel warm up, pool is nice and the hot tub was relaxing.
Disliked: The spot lights over the pool and hot tub. its a little much its way too lit up

Liked: The pool was clean and the staff was very good and breakfast was handled well

Disliked: My room door did not properly close. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that until I got back from my event which was 6-7 hours later. At the time of returning from my event there was a homeless man walking the halls when he seen us he looked surprised and left. None of the side doors were locked so anyone was able to get in. Lastly there was baby cockroaches in my room.
