Liked: everything was good, I would likely return to the plaza again. happy that hash house is there, and the donut place was good. casino bar was also good

Disliked: The room was NOT clean. I found false eyelashes in both beds and dirty makeup on the sheets.

It was okay but for...

Disliked: Parking is horrible spent about 40 minutes looking for parking. Housekeeping does not clean the room for you. When I did ask for more towels they never arrived. The cost was to much for the room

Liked: The Luxe room was good. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was located perfect for all things downtown.
