Could have been so much...

Liked: The staff who were mainly very pleasant and helpful and the food
Disliked: The location of our room and how it affected the whole stay. We were one of the end of the floor rooms right next to the open air stage area where the evening kids club didn’t start till 9pm extremely loud with club staff shouting at the top of their voices on the sound system this was then followed by the evenings entertainment which in most cases was pretty dire up until midnight and people remained after drinking and very loud. Most nights impossible to get to sleep until 1am even though resorted to buying earplugs.

Liked: Pool was nice but very crowded.
Disliked: No parking available. Lack of communication prior to stay. I asked for help freezing items for medical and they did not do so.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything and all the staff was amazing! I got an upgrade for very little extra charge and it was splendid. The all inclusive is so generous and virtually "all inclusive " and if you wanted extras they were at a cheap price, e.g.aperol spriz for €2.50!! The pool is fab too and the pool staff as well. All words of praise really!!!

Superb

Liked: The pool area is fabulous: huge deep pool, nice pools for children, fun slides, pleasant jacuzzi, comfortable chairs under beautiful palm trees, lots of good drinks for reasonable prices. The rooms (mattresses, bathrooms, balconies) are very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is large, but most of the food is rather tasteless. Also the restaurants along the sea and behind the hotel are disappointing.

Liked: Great pool area. Hotel very clean. Large lobby and good sized bedrooms. Lots of different areas to sit and relax in. Fantastic location. Good selection at breakfast and the staff were all very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel has a great lobby for sitting area and people watching. At night it’s a lovely area to have a nightcap before bed but it’s slightly marred by the arcade games, pool table, air hockey etc which can get quite noisy, the games would be much better if situated in a dedicated room
