Liked: The all-inclusive is reasonably good quality and value for money. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel staff, while overworked, are quite helpful.
Disliked: The hotel has obviously prioritised profit over quality of facilities. There's an urgent need to upgrades to many essential services (Internet access, hot water, TV channels), and the check-in process was very long and inefficient. In general, things like the registration process, towels for the pool, restaurants, are still done by hand, which makes them slow and inefficient. The check-in for example took me over an hour of queuing up. Several of the facilities are in a state of ill repair, needing investment to get them up to scratch (there was a water leak out of the piping just outside our door, which came through the ceiling, for example).

Liked: The employees they were very attentive very kind to try to do the best I could with the situation that's happening within the hotel.
Disliked: The rooms we got two different rooms one was full of mold and and not up to standards of a hotel room should be at same thing with the other one the other room but it was a tad bit better conditions and technology wise more up to date
