Liked: Location was amazing (close to all main sights);Room was spacious with good features;Staff were all very friendly and very customer orientated.
Disliked: Room television needs a few more English channels;

Liked: Fabulous location in middle of Munich. Walkable location to Marienplatz and trains/ trams.Great facilities, comfortable beds and rooms, bathrooms are huge.

Liked: Excellent location, very central, nice rooms, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast
Disliked: Lobby is a bit dated, loved that we could do most things digital (check-in/out), unfortunately still had to manually pay for the parking

Liked: Hotel Stuff was super kind and helpful. Also location is super central.
Disliked: I wanted to be in the 5th floor but since its the highest floor Room was a bit small due to the roof lf the building and it was taking lots of voice from outside.
