Overall, good value for money.

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming, food was good, comfortable room, great view of the valley from the dining room.
Disliked: Location was further away from the town/village - not much that can be done about this!

Comfortable stay

Liked: Clean, comfy and amazing king size bed. Good shower facilities. Tea, coffee making facilities in the room.
Disliked: Weird medicinal smell..probably from the cleaning products.

We had a lovely stay...

Liked: The hotel is a nice, clean hotel in a good location. The room was lovely- although families to note there is no view from the small window in the family room. The staff in reception/bar were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. The location was good for the zipworld and to get to bettws-y-coed, which is lovely.
Disliked: The main disappointment was the room service. The room was expensive for a room without breakfast but we stayed there rather than sirbnb for hotel benefits. However, our beds were not made properly, bins not emptied, toilet paper and tea/coffee not replenished. It was really disappointing and not value for money.

qood hotel in quite location

Liked: ok not the best limited cheaper items than i would expect
Disliked: lots of time staff missing i.e waiting for staff to apear lots of guests with dogs at breakfast at least 4 when having my breakfast staff then feeding dog a treat then continue to serve food not my idea of hygenine. ( i do like dogs but not surrounded by them at breakfast ) i come away to relax not listen to then trying to bark etc

The vegetarian options were very...

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: the size of the rooms and the bathroom was too small - the pictures didn't reflect this.

A lovely and comfortable hotel...

Liked: The staff were super helpful with all our special requests... thankyou! We had to leave early in the morning and our breakfasts were brilliantly and generously packed up.
Disliked: Unfortunately there were a few things off the dinner menu. Shame!
