Liked: when i first booked the hotel i told them we were coming for the wedding of sam and conny , they phoned me at least twice asking if i wanted dinner i told them i did not need dinner because of the wedding , iasked if we could put an extra bed in one of the rooms , because 2 of my boys were staying in there and did not want to share a double bed , so we had quite an in depth conversation about are stay , one member of staff said he was attending a meeting about the wedding , i thought it was very unfair when they contacted me the day before , when far to late to cancel that i should have booked plas dinhas hotel , basicly they took 950 pounds of me , and said they would not give it back

Liked: Food was sensational, fresh, great choices and served on time. Staff couldn't do enough for myself & wife. The owner was a humble, honest and very down to earth.
Disliked: Unfortunately, booking last min got me a room with a bath tub.Being 6ft 4, doesn't help bathing in a tub.Ideally all rooms need to be with a shower cubicle.
