Disliked: It took 45 min to check-in; we were told this is the norm.Toilet did not flush, unable to report to front desk as nobody answering the phone (severely understaffed); the next day, maintenance attempted to repair but came back in the evening to a flooded bathroom; 12 hr before check out after 48 hr of no toilet facilities finally offered a room change, too late. The room was dirty; floor sticky

Disliked: Very loud. Too many children in hot tub! They were eating unattended. No pool towels at all the staff didn’t refill them. It was pricey for drinks. The hotel itself needs work.

Liked: Staff was efficient and super friendly; Grounds were fairly well kept/landscaped; bar/pool bar; breakfast, lunch, dinner was available and very good; service excellent
Disliked: THE BATHROOM IN ROOM 137! The sink stopper was broken, the toilet was too low for a senior without any grab bars available; the bottom of the tub was stained and dirty; the faucet dripping; the caulking around the tub and toilet was messy and dirty looking; the tile was a dark brown and was stained and looked dirty; there weren't any pictures or any kind of decor in the bathroom. It was like camping in a not so good place. I was very disappointed. Everything else was excellent.

Liked: Amenities were nice, restaurant (82) was good,staff in the restaurant were excellent.
Disliked: The property was well used and in need of a lot on maintenance issues,all cosmetic. The maid service seemed to be on a every other day schedule.
