Too LOUD to rest!

Liked: It was clean, smelled nice, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The shower head needs to be replaced, it's clogged. The worst part was being woken up after just three hours of sleep to the sound of a weed eater RIGHT outside the window. Please, for the love of everything, don't let lawn and maintenance run loud machines before 10am! I was only there for about 5 hours so I could rest before getting back on the road. I didn't get much rest because of the noise.

Disliked: We had booked two separate rooms for three people and specifically requested a ground floor room with a walk-in shower for a friend with a disability. The booking photos showed walk-in showers, which gave us the clear impression this would be included. However, upon arrival, we were told no such room had been reserved, and the hotel was very full for the night.The receptionist offered whatever ground floor rooms were still available, and we spent over 30 minutes walking back and forth between reception and different rooms, trying to find one that was remotely accessible. One room reeked of cigarette smoke, another room’s light was already lit when we entered and was extremely damp, with no walk-in shower.We eventually settled on a room that did have a walk-in shower, but it was still unacceptable — there were no proper bedsheets, just a bare comforter on the mattress. The room felt neglected and unhygienic.The second room we had, located on the top floor, was slightly better in appearance but also damp. By morning, the floor was wet from condensation, and the entire room smelled musty. None of us got proper rest.Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The photos were highly misleading — the rooms looked far better online than in real life. For a rate of $85 per night, this was far from budget and absolutely not worth the price. We would not recommend staying here.
