Clean, quiet, close to beach...

Liked: Quiet room, close to beach, outdoor pool, walking path & shopping close by, and comfortable beds! We also always appreciate having a kitchen, too
Disliked: Nothing, really. The Plantation Hale met our expectations spot on :)

Liked: The check in process was very quick, the beds are comfortable
Disliked: The property looks very different from the pictures, rooms decorated according 1970 and lack of painting, you can smell the humidity, the bathroom isn't nice, overpriced and disappointing

A motel like experience for...

Liked: Centrally located near Kapaa
Disliked: A motel like experience for hotel price. At least in the unit I stayed at. The unit was very outdated and not the cleanest. They allowed me to check in early which was nice.

Liked: The location was amazing , the rooms were well appointed, neat and clean and provided us with all the amenities . Chalby at the front desk was exceptional and so friendly and nice .

Great little find - perfect...

Liked: Fabulous little find after being let down by the owner of 2417 OceanFront Condos! Very helpful staff at checkin and whilst decor was a little dated the location more than makes up for this. Walking distance to beach (non swimmable when we were there), great set of shops and restaurants and even into town. Can hire a cycle from the local market and ride the boardwalk for miles!Spacious room and an adequate sofa bed - a little thin and can feel the springs.Cannot beat value for money - each set of buildings had there own pool (a little chilly) , spa and dedicated carpark. We had K building which was furthest away from reception and right on the corner which made it an extremely quiet location.
Disliked: The matress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Disappointed for a large amount...

Liked: Location, family friendly, comes with kitchen, staff friendly
Disliked: Upon check in only 1 used toilet paper roll no back up same as paper towel. Not all utensils in unit. Very limited cookware. No baking pans. Not enough towels for the amount of people in unit. Shower backing up too ankles with water while bathing.
