Very uncomfortable hotel set up

Disliked: No place to sit in the lobby, not even at Starbucks downstairs. The drop off/lobby entrance was like an airport drop off with the smell of fuel and no frills. They do not have access to the lobby thru the front of hotel, the front goes straight into casinos and there are very few signs to get to hotel elevators that go to rooms. We were lost in the casinos every single time we went outside and returned, but that is the intention perhaps so that people get exhausted and just sits and plays the machine since you can’t sit unless you play and there are absolutely NO PLACE to sit anywhere, not even in front of restaurants inside the PH hotel while you wait to be seated. Very uncomfortable hotel. Will not be back here, I will use a higher end hotel where you can sit and have a drink in a lobby and enjoy your stay.

Disliked: No microwaves to rewarm food, small mini fridge that barely worked, and most of all my room wasn’t ready after 3 hours of waiting. Honestly the costs because of the location in Las Vegas and the accessibility of the casino.

Simply just top notch

Liked: Spacious room, location is simply the best. Staff were friendly especially at check in and cafe Hollywood. Definitely will stay at the same place when I return.
Disliked: WiFi connection can be broken improved as it was a bit slow.
