Dismissive staff and music so...

Liked: The location was pretty centrally located so that was cool.
Disliked: So first off don’t even bother with the early check in, it was $25 and they still wouldn’t let me check in until 4pm on the dot so idk why I paid for that. When I inquired about it the front desk Amy was dismissive and extremely unhelpful. I paid for a more expensive room that was by the pool and at 7:30 every morning extremely loud bass heavy music started playing and was I up for the morning and couldn’t fall back asleep and I’m a pretty heavy sleeper. The hot water worked in my soaking tub but not my shower and the hotel wouldn’t do anything about it so I paid for something I couldn’t even use. Oh, and also PAPER THIN walls, so even if the music wasn’t deafening my neighbors would still be there to keep me up. I’m honestly such an easy to please person and normally don’t complain but I can’t overstate how much I absolutely hated this hotel. I would stay at Circus Circus 100x over this god forsaken place.

Not worth it, stay somewhere...

Liked: Good location on strip but over-priced with basic in-room facilities. All other facilities only accessible via casino (same as every other hotel on strip).
Disliked: Over-priced with daily resort charges for services not used and inaccessible wifi, on-line assistant (Ivy) costs extra to deal with issues that should be sorted by hotel front-desk

Feels as if you have...

Liked: The location was great, and our room attendant was amazing and friendly.
Disliked: It feels like you have to pay for everything, you breathe you pay. It's not an enjoyable experience compared to other hotels around the world.For example as a guest of the hotel you still have to pay to sit next to the pool if you don't want to sit on the ground, while there was no event on. So very confused what the resort fee of $55 a day is for besides access to the gym for 2 people. The Internet is terrible along with phone reception so if you require to work while here be prepared to go searching for a workaround, even if you pay for their better connection.It was a disappointing experience not focused on customer experience at all but more on profit, which is sad as I expect Vegas to be expensive but I want an experience in return.

Disliked: tub was dirty- bathroom smelled like sewage - smell came from the tub. toilet was held on by metal screws???? we were in room 2767

Room service burger let id...

Liked: Location was great, room was good.
Disliked: Have to pay for sitting by the pool.Room service from Gordon Ramsey burger, i asked for no sesame seeds, massive allergic reaction later, and still no contact from the place despite emailing and tweeting everyone, absolutely shocking as this could cause death !!!

It was great and enjoyable

Liked: It was in the center of the strip.
Disliked: Property wise was great the only thing is the smell of the cigarettes every where.
