Liked: Convenience
Disliked: Poor management, terrible air conditioning room 5191. 2 of the six elevators were malfunctioning, my door lock malfunctioned keeping me and my wife locked out in the hallway for a half hour.

Good

Liked: Perfect location right on the Las Vegas Strip. It offers everything you would expect from a Vegas hotel, with its bustling activity and vibrant atmosphere around the casino, plus a shopping mall within the same building. The room was huge for a couple.
Disliked: The pool was very disappointing considering the size of the hotel, with very few loungers and an absurd closing time of 6 pm in the middle of August. There was also no bar service available. Additionally, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide my wife with a room key simply because the booking was not under her name.

Liked: Good central location
Disliked: Outdated rooms. Views of the car park. Days of cold showers - told by maintenance to run for 10mins before getting into shower - still didn’t work. Staff who did not care one bit. Huge lines to check in. Check in kiosks not working. Room not serviced. Windows filthy. Quite an unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Man when checking out was just plain rude.

Liked: I like the location. I like that there is a mall attached. I like the location of the elevators to get up to the rooms. I like the swimming pool area. The water was nice and chilled. The sun did not heat it up.
Disliked: The parking fees, the resort fees and the ATM fee of $12. I feel like I'm being gouged in Vegas now and I never felt that before.
