Good location and great amenities
Liked: Great location with comfortable beds and great views
Disliked: The air conditioning system did not work that well on one room and room felt warm. The furniture was slightly dusty.

Great location but would likely...
Liked: Excellent location on the strip and comfortable bedding
Disliked: Sewage smell when using water, no hot water during our stay and when raising it with management they were less than helpful and actually a bit rude whilst dealing with us (explained how water works and to simply run the tap for 10 minutes each time we need hot water).

Top location
Liked: - Stylish room and spacious bathroom. - Good gym. - Great location on the strip. - Possibility to ckeck in online and at machines to avoid long lines at the reception.
Disliked: -The hotel sent me at least 20 emails before my stay, many with the same contents - that was annoying. - Long walk through the mall to get from the parking garage to the hotel.- Great view from the hotel room (from the 26th floor), but the windows were really dirty

Once we checked in, everything...
Liked: Conveniently located on the Strip, clean, lots of quick bites available(perfect for those on the go), nice pool, etc.
Disliked: Check in was not great. I’d booked early check in shortly after landing at 8AM local time. We were in town for BSB at the Sphere so, we needed optimal resting time. We arrived at the hotel and were told there were no rooms available for early check in. It was a Sunday morning so, I could appreciate that reality. However, when they told us the earliest would be NOON, I nearly passed out. We were exhausted, and wandering around for 2-3 hours seemed(and was) hellish. The check in agent advised that I would receive an email around noon when our room was ready. Noon came and went with no communication from the hotel. Called their customer service line from the dining area in Miracle Mile, and the agent advised that she didn’t see anything assigned to us. At 1, we walked back to the hotel lobby, only to see hoards of people checking in. When it was our turn, I complained that we never received the promised email stating that our room was ready. The agent stated that it was because the card I’d originally booked with had expired. This was odd to me because, I’d used my new card to complete the early check in form. I was too drained to argue and just wanted a bed at that point. The agent refunded my early check in fee, and we were on our way.
