Superb

Worst hotel decision I have...

Liked: Nice view of Downtown Nashville
Disliked: The entire stay was filled with issues. Washer and dryer not working (I emailed in advance to ensure they had one, they said they did but it was nonfunctional and when we asked once there they said they knew it was nonfunctional), water pressure was very low, toilet wouldn’t flush without pouring extra water in as you flushed it, elevator button was stuck and would not work for the entire stay (on the 29th floor), cheap and uncomfortable furniture, not well insulated as we could hear street noise even on the 29th floor, broken blinds so we couldn’t block out the morning sun fully, it took us an hour and a half to leave due to elevator issues to take 2 loads down, residents in the elevator were complaining about how this building wasn’t meant to be a hotel it was originally a private residence only and not equipped to serve as a hotel and they said it has been riddled with service and security issues (brawls in the hallways and non guests accessing the pool deck). We picked the hotel because it had a spa but when we tried to use it there were 20 people packed in side by side partying. Also be aware- the parking was $55 a night in a garage so tight that people honk to ensure others knew they were coming around the corner.

Great hotel - whole unit...

Liked: Great location, close to everything in downtown. Nice unit - great to have cooking facilities. Reception staff were excellent.
Disliked: No free to air tv - only streaming services.

Perfect base to visit Broadway

Liked: Beautiful apartment, spacious with great facilities, clean and modern with high spec finishes..
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: The facility is very well kept. The location & view was great! Very close to all the things. The pool area was awesome for relaxing.
Disliked: Elevators were a little confusing at first, so listen & read closely.

Great location, recommended accommodation.

Liked: Communication with host prior to arrival was prompt and most helpful. Staff on site were welcoming and again very helpful. Location was fantastic. Apartment was large and fully equipped for two, with balcony for sitting out.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: The connivence of everything being close distance.
Disliked: There was no parking included in the price which was a little shocking. Our room was nice but there were scuffs on the walls and the blinds were a nuisance. It would have been better if we had some curtains. We really did enjoy our stay at this property.

Enjoyed Nashville

Liked: Liked the pool and gym, gym was a bit basic but ok. Rooms were spacious, but a little basic
Disliked: The balcony was a bit small and not like the images shown when booking

Overall good experience but property...

Liked: View from the room was really nice and the staff was great. The location was the best part because we could walk everyone so it eliminates taking too many ubers.
Disliked: The room could have been cleanier, especially in the bathroom m. It was a weird substance stained behind the door and our sheets had stains in them. The Wifi kept going out when we were watching tv and I believe it was Friday morning, but music was playing in the courtyard while we were sleeping.
