Liked: I booked a double room, which was extremely spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very good cooked breakfast was offered. In the evening, meals were available in the restaurant and were reasonably priced.

Ideal for our requirments

Liked: Great location for what we needed - we were travelling to a family wedding being held nearby. Easy to fine. Staff lovely and breakfast good.
Disliked: No milk in the room so couldn't have that early morning cuppa. Noise from the road was bad and meant we were awake from about 5am.

Ideal stay for 3 couples...

Liked: Very comfortable large room and friendly welcoming staff. The breakfast was particulary good.

Had a lovely time but...

Liked: The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable.
Disliked: The key to my room broke in the lock and unfortunately the staff had just left so I had to phone the owner. She was extremely rude and insulting to myself and my friends making out that they had never had a problem with the lock before which could not have been true as it would not snib. This is no way to treat guests but perhaps explains why the hotel has trouble retaining staff. This was such a shame as everything else was amazing.
