Did not meet expectations.

Disliked: The pool was closed, which was the reason I booked the room. Around bedtime there was a noise outside our room. The kids looked out the window to see a man waving a gun around. We hunkered down on the other side of the beds. The police came and arrested him, but the kids were shaken pretty badly and had a very hard time getting to bed. We all slept in the bed farthest from the window.

Disliked: Over priced.They changed the rates without saying anything after booking took there down payment.They don't honor the esa paperwork.The allow any dogs off leashes u got dogs walking into other rooms .You got people living there bad off on drugs .Absolutely no ac found management locked it so there was no chance n getting it .Lamp shade was busted n put gently on the lamp but fail off in seconds of opening the door .Old piss stains on the floor.Staff was rude as hell took 2 hours to clock in because they didn't have anyone to check us in while other one was cleaning .
