I would never return.
Liked: Location to the metro train station
Disliked: Atrocious smell coming in through the window. I was not allowed to turn air con on when I pointed out how bad the smell was. They said they couldn’t smell it at all. As a paying customer I should have been able to turn air con on if I wanted it on. We had to sit in the room with no fresh air or air con. This got extremely hot at night. Even walking into the reception area was hot and stuffy as they had no windows open either. The light fixtures (lamps and bedroom lights) had about 5 years of dust covering them. We had the do not disturb sign on the door but they came into our room and touched our things. The location was great for the metro but that’s the only thing it had going for it. There was no nearby places to get a meal. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The owner even told us that the taxis at the taxi rank were there 24 hours when I enquired about booking a taxi. That was incorrect they are not there in off peak times like 4am in morning. Thank god we didn’t rely on his word as we would have missed our flight.

Liked: nice view - big, bright, comfortable room - high ceilings - modern bathroom with window - nice balcony with view on the gulf
Disliked: a safe with key was available, however a safe with pin could have been better

Great location, beautiful area, 1-2...
Liked: The location is great. That’s the best part.
Disliked: It doesn’t have a breakfast buffet. You have to preorder (previous day) the breakfast you want (not too many options) and they bring it to you on the room! There’s not a 24h reception or receptionist (nobody late at night in case you need anything) and the thing that made an impression was that they told me to pay for two small bottles of still water I used, even if I’ve paid good money for my 2+1 nights at the Hotel and most important even if I’ve left them 3-4 bottles of water that I’ve bought from the super market and I couldn’t carry them on the airport! With the excuse that it’s a different “brand” of still water than the one they use on the room refrigerator!!! Personally if I could change something at the rooms it would be adding on the windows a mosquito protection so that the customers open the window for some fresh air and don’t worry about mosquitos and flies. It’s easy and cheap. And people will not have closed windows and turn on the A/C… The Hotel will save money too…

Excellent location, average hotel
Liked: The location is excellent.
Disliked: It's not a usual hotel, it's on the fourth floor of a big building. You get into a corridor and from there you have the rooms. In the building there are many neighbours. At 8 someone from an apartment below started to drill the walls. Nothing to blame the hotel for though. My room was just face to face with the reception what was a little uncomfortable and noisy as well, but ok. The room inside was ok for the amount of stars.
