We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: The hotel was in a good location with a parking lot and easy to access guest rooms. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable..
Disliked: We had an early departure and the breakfast wasn’t available until after 7am, which seems a little late for a weekday. Since the fee for parking and breakfast was $35, that was a bummer. Not a big deal since the front desk clerk was able to get us some, but the ice maker was not available to guests and had to be requested at the front desk.

Very pleased with the attention...

Liked: Loved the room, parking, staff, breakfast and especially the cleanliness and added security.
Disliked: Would have preferred a better room coffee maker for those who drink a lot of coffee.

Liked: Well appointed, freshly refurbished large room. Excellent bed and other equipment. Quiet.
Disliked: Morning coffee could be improved, weak, tasteless.

Excellent location, clean, spacious, free...

Liked: Excellent location allows easy walking access to all primary downtown shopping, restaurants and sites. Exceptional breakfast daily, parking at no additional cost and spacious room with walk in shower.
Disliked: No pool or spa. Spa services can be reserved, but they are a the main La Fonda hotel in downtown, which is about a five minute walk.

Great location. Clean, well appointed...

Liked: room was very clean and nicely appointed although not super roomy. breakfast staff were very efficient although not particularly friendly
Disliked: Reception desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Employees greeting guests should be extra welcoming and accommodating.
