Disliked: Dates bathroom, especially the door, sliding and not closing the last bit

Liked: Staff, location and a good sized room
Disliked: We were sent an option to upgrade to a full harbour view which I accepted. When we arrived was given only a partial view. The manager was great and sorted it to our satisfaction. Aircon was noisy randomly and staff compensated us for this too... So happy with the response and their commitment to help sort the issues. Interior was a bit dated
