They need a marketing refresh...

Liked: Everything. From the moment we were greeted the staff set a very comfortable vibe. Both the check in and check out process were the most efficient we’ve ever had, and when we checked out they simply asked “did you use anything from the minibar?” I haven’t seen that display of graciousness anywhere else in the last decade. The room was modern and without any blemishes, and the AC was already set super low. I can’t remember the last time I actually had to turn the heat up during the summer. It’s the little things that win in the long run, and the service this hotel offers should have the Fairmonts across the harbour shaking. I’m in the area often with the navy and I will be recommending it to all my fellow sailors looking for a relaxing night after some time at sea. Thank you and well done!
Disliked: The tiles in the pool area could use some fresh grout because it’s sharp on the feet and maybe swap out the carpets in the elevators more often. But if that’s the only things we can come up with, you know we enjoyed our stay!
