Disliked: Description not detailed enough (needed more than ''cooking things" needed to bring crockery, cups and cutlery too). Female showers poor, Electric hook up not included in price and not obviously forewarned.

Liked: Good location and staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub a bonus in the couples retreat (although not sure if it was continually leaking as the floor outside was constantly wet?).
Disliked: Some of the facilities could do with an upgrade and look a bit tired. We stayed in the couples retreat and the bed was only a double, and the mattress uncomfortable. Had two sleepless nights. Would have left after one night based on the bed alone if we didn’t live so far away. Bit pricey for what you get, especially seeing as you have to pay extra for the electricity on arrival!

Disliked: my only bad experience was men’s shower water not hot when I used ( wasn’t an electric shower as my partner experienced in the Ladies facilities
