Disliked: 0 Staff on hand, all virtual check in. 0 coffee, well instant coffee, instant creamer. Room was hard to cool, walls are thin. No hair dryer in room.

Liked: I am elderly and have bad knees so was disappointed we were on 2nd floor and I had a hard and painful time going up and down. We did not know there was no elevator. Next time we'll ask for first floor. Other than that we enjoyed our stay
Disliked: Being on first floor so I would not have stairs to climb
