Disliked: The manager's rude discriminatory demands and tone in which he addressed me via phone upon my arrival Saturday evening. Demanding my card details and security digits as security for him since he runs a family business and doesn't have women on their own turning up after 6pm to stay on a Saturday night. I assured him my room was via yourselves and paid in advance. He insinuated i was not trustworthy. And to add insult to injury... insinuated i was a lady of the night. At 62years of age. A solo traveller. I felt extremely vulnerable. Despite my dining I the restaurant and having two pots of tea? My car quire visibly parked right in front of the hotel. The ONLY car in the car park all night. He was extremely unprofessional. I slept in top of tge duvet. Dressed. Ready to leave as I was so unnerved. I left before 830am and did not have breakfast! I rang bell five times for attention. He sheepishly appeared. I handed him my room card. This person was highly offensive and discriminatory against a single solo female traveller.

Very very friendly and welcoming staff. Very spacious and comfortable room. Food great.

Liked: Ideal location (chosen for being right side of airport for my requirements).
Disliked: Only one minor negative point: room at front of hotel affected by aircraft noise, will ask for different room next time- And there will be a next time as very pleased with my stay on the whole. Everything else was great.
