Liked: Great location and amazing grounds. Staff can’t be beat. Well maintained
Disliked: All the rooms other than the villas are on the older side. Well kept up but also for sure not modern and lacking some nice to have things. Feels more like staying in an older family members guest room vs luxury. Needs a full renovation but even a little decorating update would help especially for the price

Disliked: We’ve been to the property several times within the last couple of months and we have the same experience. The hot tub by the lap pool is way too hot. It is so hot that you cannot enjoy it. It is 24 hours a day. It’s just horrible.

Liked: This is a great property with excellent customer service very detail oriented. We had a wonderful time. We definitely come back. We met a lot of very nice people from all over the world. They have a very good attention to detail and the rules are amazing.
