Liked: The views were wonderful and the hike we went on was great!
Disliked: The food was not very good at all. The main areas of the lodge did not seem very clean at all. The breakfast was really bad. We were told it was a full hot breakfast and it was not at all. Also the rooms needs a mini fridge and microwave, you are very far away from anything it would be nice to be able to make food in your room since you only have one choice.

Absolutely perfect

Liked: This is a State park maintained facility and it is a historical place. Very old, lots of history and family oriented. If you love nature and history, this is an amazing place to stay. If you are looking for an " amusement park" environment..move on..Peace, tranquility, family is this place. Sits on top of a mountain with views that are beyond picturesque. Some of the best scrambled eggs EVER included with the continental breakfast. So bring you walking shoes and a book. Relax and enjoy.
