Lovely apartment - lovely site

Liked: Lovely set up in the apartments - although the bathroom is a bit neat but it had a bath which was a real bonus with lots of hot water. Everything provided that you needed for self catering. Lovely and clean
Disliked: The bed was very hard, I have stayed in the lodges on several Occassion and always found the bed super comfy. So that was a shame. We had a power outage and it took well over an hour for someone to come from reception (2 mins from our room) after 2 visits and a text message to flick the external switch to put it back on which meant our food was spoiled as it was half cooked ! Also the fan in our room wasn’t blowing much warm air and although the rest of the country was have a heatwave we had lots of rain and a cold north wind.

Wonderful family weekend

Liked: Lovely lodges, beautiful lake and really good value.
Disliked: I would have loved to be able to swim in the lake and if Check in was a bit earlier.
