Liked: The location was better than we expected and the kids had fun on the lake
Disliked: The rooms were not clean...The access to the pool was budgeted at an hour per day which wasn't mentioned anywhere.Overall we were disappointed

Fantastic holiday gateway location and...

Liked: The property is amazing! It’s a perfect place for Lake District and for a large group getaway. The location is fantastic; surrounded by clear blue lake, and lovely atmosphere. The lodges were so spacious, not like the other ones I’ve been to. There were lots of storage spaces, bedroom was big, as well as lounge and kitchen. Eveything was modern. I loved the facilities of swimming, however, the pool is small and not deep. Staff were very friendly and it was so easy to ask them questions. Instructions were easy to follow, and we barely had any issues. Lastly, such a good prize for the lodges.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything as much. I would of liked at least one side of the swimming pool to be deep, for those adventurous swimmers.

Great location and excellent food...

Liked: We booked a Studio apartment for 1 night which was spacious, clean & well equipped. Staff at reception were welcoming & most helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant. Food and service exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come again and stay longer!

Perfect location, perfect lodge, perfect...

Liked: Everywhere was exceptionally clean. The lodge was perfect. Everything you could need was there for you even down to the fully equipped kitchen.Quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The pool got quite busy. I felt there was too many people allowed in for its size.
