Very good

Disliked: Towels were thin and cheap plus we only two each for a whole week!!

Disappointing

Liked: Ac worked great
Disliked: Room was not clean, trash in lower night stand. Floors were dirty. Repairs and paint needed bad, walls were filthy and overall needed a deep clean bad. Beds were very firm.... breakfast we just went elsewhere. Both milk cartons were expired for a week.

Liked: Kim- manager and Julie- assistant manager, were so helpful! And the hotel looked and smelled SO CLEAN! I did have issues with laundry... There were NO QUARTERS at front desk and bar for me to dry my clothes!

It served its purpose I...

Liked: The pool was the best part of the hotel
Disliked: The building as a whole smelled bad, room was very questionable, stained linen, what looked like mold spots on pillows, constantly ran out of toilet paper, AC went out for a day (but was fixed which I appreciate). They were short staffed and for that I give them grace but it was very uncomfortable. I have stayed here plenty of times before with minimum issues but this visit it seemed like one thing after another and when traveling with kids being comfortable is a priority.
