Nice hotel, unfortunately overpriced.

Liked: Newly renovated. Has Charme due to the old Building.
Disliked: Overpriced. Parking is extra 70 Euro p. Night. Private Sauna is extra 70 Euro p. Hour. Breakfast Not included although the room was quite expensive. Fine Ding at the VanOost was 440 Euro for two but didn‘t come close to the expectations. Michelin 1 star is far out of sight.

Staff were first class hotel...

Liked: Location by the park was delightful. Better to choose a room not on the canal.
Disliked: The suite was very small just enough room to walk round the bed at over 1250€ really not on. The bathroom was separated by a flimsy sliding door. Not very private. View overlooking the canal in fact over looking road. Then canal a bit. See photo
