Liked: The hotel was fine for a short stay.It was clean and functional, but nothing stood out in terms of atmosphere or service.Overall, an ordinary experience without any particular highlights.
Disliked: Our room was located in the basement, with no view at all.We traveled with our dog — although we were charged an additional fee, we were asked to sign a rather unusual form about potential damages, and no basic amenities for the dog (such as a bowl or a bed) were provided.The hotel is situated far from major tourist attractions, and overall, the price seems too high for the location and the level of service offered.Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Liked: The location of the property was very nice in the park and getting to the center was easy. The concierge team was very helpful in assisting me with bookings and ideas what to do. The building is beautiful and the rooms were quite nice. Room service was better than expected.
Disliked: Luxury hotels should not have a card system to operate the lights, just a general switch. I really had an issue with the lighting switches and contact points which were cheap and did not at all fit the nicely decorated room. It was a sole member of the staff that I considered was rude to me at check in.

Liked: The historical nature of the building , tastefully decorated, good art on the walls, amazing park outside, Restaurant was excellent Staff are all professional, friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room slightly too smallHad I been with my partner then there would be no space for both our baggage

Extremely comfortable and clean

Liked: The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and had down duvets. The air conditioner was very precise, so we could control the temperature well.The view of the park was beautiful.The shower was strong and had a lot of space, so it was comfortable to use.The breakfast was delicious, with sweet/fresh fruits and good croissants and eggs.The location was super close to a tram station so it was easy to get around.The cleaning staff does an excellent job and were very nice to us. They even gave us some extra bathroom amenities and skin care products.
Disliked: I had the breakfast downstairs 4 times. In two consecutive days, the order had some wrong items (e.g., 2 fried eggs instead of 3 eggs, 1 croissant missing, scrambled eggs instead of omellette). Because of the long waiting times I didn't bother and just ate the food we received. The food was delicious though.My suggestion is for the servers to write down the order instead of trying to memorize it. They also keep changing tables all the time. I suspect that the restaurant has a small staff that is currently overloaded given the number of guests.Another thing I didn't like was the amount of messages from the hotel to offer paid room upgrades, making it sound like a special opportunity. The customers already decided which room type they are willing to afford.Another small issue was the 6 light switches in the room. I got confused multiple times pressing the wrong buttons. Adding some labels would help.
