Liked: Spotlessly clean, spacious and peaceful room. Great location close to metro, cathedral and Grand Place. Very friendly and helpful staff. An excellent city centre hotel!

Liked: 10/10. Everything was great!The location is fantastic, a 2 minute walk from the train station, couple of minutes walk from all the interesting areas in Brussels. The hotel is beautiful, the room is very large and comfortable, the quality of everything was evident. It felt very upscale. Breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious too.
Disliked: I can genuinely not think of a single thing to complain about. It's just all great.

Liked: The front desk personnel is amazing! With great, helpful attitude, they create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, yet very professional and gives nice suggestions on where to eat or buy chocolate, very important-:) The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, in great location, and the room was very quiet. And, of course, the pillows and mattress are very comfortable. Also, the hotel's restaurant has a very tasty menu and great service. We liked everything at this place and will return.

Brussels is a nice place....

Liked: Room is lovely. We travelled to Brussels from Ypres to stay there for an overnight. We enjoyed to visit in Brussels which for the day. Before we caught Euro Star train home to London
