Liked: Very clean. Staff were so friendly! We were a really late check in...after midnight and the staff on was so nice and accomodating. So nice
Disliked: The room was hot and took some time to cool down, but it did. The cooling unit worked well.

Liked: I canceled the reservation due to a storm in the area. They charged my visa twice,266 and 177 when I called she told me it was booking that charged me, than I get a email from booking stating they didn’t charge me and any fees charged to me were that of the hotel. I book 3 rooms for 4 adults 5 kids(8-17), they charged me for having 4 adults to 1 room, it was 1 room 2 kids 2 adults, 1 room 1adult 2 kids and another room 1adult 1 kid. Also the lady that answered the phone was rude and ignorant!
Disliked: There was a storm a major storm that started Friday and is still ongoing, highways to and from there were closed due to severe weather and she was not understanding at all.
