Very good

Liked: Good location for access to local area. Food very good and also reasonably priced. Room very comfortable with a great view. Good value for money and overall a very good experience.

Pilgrims

Liked: Staff were great. Room was very good, location was amazing.We met some nice people there .
Disliked: A steak i had wasn't good but I didn't complain so that on me.Butty bach had run out and I was looking forward to a few of those but other beer was available

Lovely comfy hotel on a...

Liked: I had a bath, that's always a bonus for a hotel room. Quiet, spacious, good sized car park. It was reasonably priced for the Hay festival week.
Disliked: The WiFi didn't work for me which also probably was the reason for the TV not working. Not a real problem as the mobile phone signal was ample. EV charger points haven't yet been installed, again ample charging in Hereford but would have been a bonus.
