Liked: Very clean, great staff and was totally surprised by the breakfast. It was awesome! Road was closed due to fire and the google machine got me to your place in 20mins.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was awesome!

Charming hotel with special touches...

Liked: Complimentary breakfast was good and with many options. Room is good size, bed comfortable, Aveda products in bathroom. Property next to the river. Solarium, bocce ball, outdoor restaurant patio, friendly, positive motivational quotes around the property, reindeer, and $1.50 ice cream scoops were all nice extras. Complimentary shuttle to airport.
Disliked: Price of room, carpet in elevator (Copper Bldg) should be replaced, limited menu choices for dinner in restaurant.

True Alaskan vibe hotel, not...

Liked: Good location local to the airport but still quiet. The breakfast was amazing with a good selection of choices, especially the Spanish grits which I’d never tried before. Loved the ‘Love Alaska’ sign outside the hotel on the river bank opposite which is a good photo spot. The northern lights room is a great idea so you can see them while still keeping warm.
Disliked: We only stayed one night so didn’t see anything to dislike.
