Disliked: my husband cut his foot on glass near the bathroom - this was not us therefore the room had not been cleaned properly- was going to complain but was in a rush and staff just told me to leave the key on the side

Liked: The walk next to the river
Disliked: The property had a terrible smell, which made us gag (it had been flooded and had badly cut vinyl just laid on top of the damaged laminate flooring, which was damp and mouldy). The bedsheets ripped in places, ants crawling over the surfaces and in the kettle. The windows had not been cleaned and the doors could not be locked from the inside and had badly flaking paint. The pillows were uncomfortable and a very uncomfortable night.

Great place but accommodation needs...

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: Our room had a funny smell and we could hear every word our neighbours were saying

Comfortable beds , excellent breakfast...

Liked: Out in the middle of nowhere next to the river with a bar and food what more do you need for a peaceful getaway x
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about but if I have to be picky then maybe a few more teabags and milk sachets in the rooms

I'd stay again

Liked: Nice room, seemed modern and well designed.Lovely area and really friendly staff
Disliked: The breakfast could have had a better selection and been cooked a bit better but for £12.50 you can hardly complain
