Disliked: The add in booking.com is WHONG -THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL This hotel is having a good location and the weather was really nice. The food expect in Tabachin restaurant is below mediocre.And you don’t have to lie and mislead the clients with your false advertising with all inclusive when you perfectly know it is NOT all inclusive at all. My vacation went from fighting to get what I paid for ( all inclusive package ) to try to find occasionally one person from the staff that knows few words in English to understand what I m asking for. I have no idea how they maintain this almost empty hotel but it has a lot to do with your dirty surroundings and poorly maintenance and cleaning of the hotel. I have been using the gym in the hotel almost every day and I never saw anybody wiping the floor or disinfecting the floor : no water bottles , occasionally somebody showed up to bring few towels and not properly working air conditioning. On the last day in the gym , there was even a scorpion on the floor in the gym that almost bit my husband . I m shocked how poorly the interior of the room was :peeled walls, no mini bar , no floor wiping ( I actually had to ask for it ) old chairs , never working light bulb on the patio, I almost got electrocuted on the tennis court -the list is endless . I wonder how did you get rated with 5 stars when even two will be too much for this hotel. After taking to some of the staff , I understood this hotel never been properly renovated since 1957 when was opened for business . I had a chance to go to Cabo for way less money I spent on this vacation in this hotel , but we wanted to go some place different hoping to get different and better experience then the West Coast resorts of Mexico . Unfortunately my disappointment with this hotel is soo big that I will make my mission to post this review in all possible social media and tourist.

Disliked: On Sundays if you wake up late, there are not enough umbrellas neither in the beach or the pool.
