Overpriced but great location

Disliked: Staff in general Front desk (Xavier) rude and not helpful Servants nice but wanted to bill every time Couldn’t get my credit open

Old, stinky room for a...

Liked: Ok pool facilities...
Disliked: Dirty, old, stinky room... Service was very bad, almost nobody spoke English, even at the front desk... we called for ice and had to wait 45 minutes for somebody to deliver 5 cubes...Dirty, dirty beach with loud activities...Expensive food with low quality...How is this hotel 4 stars? For the price we paid it was ridiculously irrelevant...
