Liked: Beautiful beachfront, clean modern

All in all it was...

Liked: I loved the location. The easy beach access and local restaurants were the highlight of our stay.
Disliked: There were a couple things that we didn’t like. When we first checked in things were not explained to us. The person helping us did not explain charges and just asked for our card. We also found out upon checking out 2 days later that our booking had complementary breakfast, which our family ate at and paid full price. I understand check-ins can be busy but having things explain would have really helped. There were also things down for maintenance, for instance their espresso machine was down and their jacuzzi. Although not having these amenities didn’t ruin our vacation it was a let down because we were looking forward to them.

Liked: the room was nice, staff was great, the ocean view was beautiful!, beds were very comfortable, could hear the ocean waves at night, the pier was close for us to walk on.
Disliked: overpriced for what you get, no microwave in room, had to pay for parking or struggle to park outside, there was signs that the water was not safe for health reasons, so we could not enjoy the beach like we wanted.. very disappointing, the glass on balcony was not clean so we could not sit and enjoy the view, head to stand, almost nothing for courtesy items bare minimum, I was expecting more for the price I paid. will not stay again.

Disliked: Room view was ugly…the room I stayed 325 the light from the hallway shines all in the room at night to much light to sleep comfortable an could hear the people above us walking around there room worst sleep ever…and besides that they charged my card additional $200 dollars for no reason an they don’t know how or why an couldn’t reimburse me till 10 business days
