Got upgraded to the Premier Suite and it was great. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and great location.

Liked: Room was excellent. Close to Cobbs.
Disliked: Neighborhood is a bit loud.

Liked: When I had to leave
Disliked: Staff super rude and arrogant . Crazy prices for a hotel that can cost max 70 per night not 200, they neither have the breakfast, it’s ridicolous. They ask you to pay cash a deposit that they give you back 2 weeks after. Ridiculous hotel and ridiculous receptionist incompetent

Liked: great location, great size rooms and decor. very modern
Disliked: overpriced parking when there is a parking station nearby onsiderably cheaper. staff was not upfront on this, said all parking around was similar pricing

Fantastic and Exceeded Expectations!

Liked: Every aspect of the experience was top notch--there was no category for "SPIRIT/ENTHUSIASM" but if there were, I would have given them a 10! Everyone was so friendly and there were amazing activities offered, movies, ice cream in lobby one day...all fantastic!
