Very nice guesthouse for a...

Liked: Very clean & well maintained. Bedroom and bathroom both smart and clean Staff were helpful.Excellent breakfast. We had no problem finding a parking space.Garden looked pretty, though rain prevented enjoying it properly!
Disliked: Not much. It's not in central Oxford - you might need to get a taxi or bus if heading for the centre.

Liked: Clean and neat facilities, responsive reception desk, very nice morning staff at breakfast, and ample parking (which is impossible to find in downtown Oxford) so you can just take a 10-15min bus into town

Lovely

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, but could of done with a bit more of it. Not lot of variety of fruit, spreads etc. I wanted to make some toast with peanut butter and the jar was empty and was told thy need to stock up things. Everything else was good

Liked: Pickwicks Guest House is a charming and convenient place to stay in Oxfordshire. It's just a short walk from the bus stop with direct access to the town centre, making it easy to get around. The guest house itself is a unique blend of two detached houses joined together, featuring tasteful decor and a beautiful back garden that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Our room was nicely decorated, and the bed was soft and comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest after a day of exploring. A simple breakfast is offered each morning, which is a lovely bonus, and the staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. Overall, a warm and pleasant stay!
Disliked: We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the hospitality. Just a small note for improvement: the carpet in our room could use a deeper clean, as it looked dirty and worn. I also noticed a small spot on the door that looked like dried blood, which I cleaned with disinfectant. It would be great to have a little extra attention to detail in the cleaning, but otherwise, the place has a lot of charm and potential. Thank you again to the team for their warm welcome!
