Good location and breakfast

Liked: The location, the breakfast included and the staff.
Disliked: The water from the shower was wetting the whole bathroom. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the toilets didn't look as the pictures.

Located near everything.

Liked: The area may seem odd, but it’s fantastic. You are close to everything, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Don't judge the hotel by the street; it is safe to walk around at any hour.
Disliked: It does not have a lift and the stairs are longggg

Good for short stays.

Liked: Good breakfast and good location.
Disliked: The room wasn’t properly clean, the toilet lid was broken, and the room had a lot of mosquitos and humidity insects. We found some insects smashed behind the bathroom door.

Liked: Excellent location right in the centre, a 10 min walk from duomo. Great value for money and large family rooms available.
Disliked: The breakfast should have had some extra options such as tomatoes, fruit and some yoghurt. One of the mattresses was a little worn.

Lovely but not very clean

Liked: The location was good. Even the hotel style was lovely and italian style
Disliked: Not very clean and every facility and furniture was too old. Old is not bad itself but not very clean is not acceptable.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The photos in the site don't meet the reality. The beds are uncomfortable, the walls are dirty, the toilet cistern doesn't work properly, low speed wifi, mobile doesn't have signal.The room 1 needs completely restorationI wish someone to refund me....
