Liked: The clerk was excellent he went out his way to make me feel so comfortable I stayed there before and it wasn’t the same like the lady prior to this male clerk was in a rush but this one took his time

Liked: We really loved this hotel, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, with lovely walkways and incredibly well-maintained landscaping. Our room was spacious and quiet, and everything felt very cozy and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary breakfast. Not only was it a thoughtful gesture, but the breakfast itself turned out to be absolutely fantastic.

Liked: Lovely hotel, clean and beds are super comfortable. Booked last minute on drive from Las Vegas to San Francisco, staying in double queen room. Lovely size, peaceful.

A complete disappointment. You should...

Liked: The grounds are very well kept.
Disliked: There was an unpleasant odour in the room. The carpet is old and worn out. The upholstery on the chairs in the room is soiled. The pillows are old. The corridors have not been repainted in a long time and are bare with no pictures/decorations. In all other than the gardening the place is totally uninviting including the poor selection offered for breakfast.
