Liked: The choices were wide-ranging, tasty - and everything was served promptly in a light and airy position looking out over the garden.

Disliked: only one thing was not perfect was when we came to check in the lady took a phone call even though we were waiting to check in.

Liked: Location and facilities excellent.Bar food was very good and prompt
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing-service was very slow and some of the food had been sitting for a while, the toast was hard and cold.Our room was a bit noisy-I think it backed onto an air conditioning unit or similar

Excellent location, rather small but...

Liked: Excellent location, very good fitness centre, clean rooms and swimming pool
Disliked: Young and inexperienced staff at breakfast on 2 June. Long wait before anyone asked about tea or coffee. We were not asked if we wanted our croissants before or after the cooked breakfast and they were delivered first. The breakfast was good.

Disappointed

Liked: I have stayed with you on a a couple occasion and have always been impressed with your hotel. I absolutely loved my room
Disliked: My colleague did call reception in the morning as the shower was running freezing cold water.The receptionist was unhelpful, just basically ignored the complaint. Having spoke to other guests, they felt the sameThis was very disappointing

Super and special place to...

Liked: This is a beautiful members club. The staff are really helpful. The room was upgraded for mother and daughters birthdays.The view from our balcony was fabulous overlooking the Thames. The location is very central. The room, bed linen and towels were so white and of a good standard. The bathroom is absolutely lovely. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We had a very special stay and would highly recommend
Disliked: The room was a king size and initially we thought on the small side but found it big enough.Unfortunately the balcony needed a sweep. We found an old corsage, paper serviette and lots of cobwebs. I did report this at check out and the receptionist was very apologetic and said it would be reported. This was, I'm sure, an oversite as every other part of the complex was exceptional.
