Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee bar was great and had something for coffee lovers and those who don't drink coffee and it was a comfortable space to relax and hang out as a group. Easy access to the metro and food nearby was also a huge plus for us! The view of the Capitol building was impressive when you left the building.
Disliked: The front desk staff initially was not friendly when we requested a late checkout. We initially booked this hotel due to the later checkout time (12 pm). Our checkout time was changed and when we had called in to ask, the person with whom we spoke to was unpleasant and told us she couldn't make all of us a late checkout (we had 3 rooms in our group). She reluctantly honored this request at check-in. There were also a lot of fire trucks and ambulances driving by most of the night, which could be a little loud, but there were complimentary ear plugs in the bathroom, which was a nice touch.

Liked: The staff are really nice and friendly. They organised everything what we had asked. The hotel was really clean and it has an awesome location. We loved our stay here!
