Liked: Excellent hotel very close to Amtrak station. Lots of good coffee shops nearby and not too far from restaurants.

Liked: Great spot close to Union Station and Downtown D.C. staff is friendly and attentive. Great view of the Capitol building!
Disliked: Rooms are quite small, but being from NYC that didn?t bother us. I can?t wait to use this spot again in the future!

3 night at Phoenix Park...
Liked: The location was good, just few minutes from Union Station and 10 minutes to the Capitol.
The staff was G R E A T, everything was clean, when we needed something it was done.
Really good place if you are in Washington DC.

Liked: The staff was extremely nice and available, the convenience of the hotel location to the museum
Disliked: For the price a small continental breakfast should be available along with the hot coffee and tea. Also, that is an extremely noisy intersection with ambulance and fire trucks every night at least 2x's a night(you cant control emergencies).the windows did not shut all the way down, maybe invest in some sound proof or buffer windows...also, one night I was awakened from the 7th flr from a homeless woman screaming at the top of her lungs around 4am on the corner..Ugh..this was a but disturbing...however, if I ever come back I would definitely book with you again..but with a room not facing the street

Liked: We liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel that served breakfast lunch and dinner. Made it easier to plan the day with out having to go far for food.
We liked that it was very close to Union Station which made the walk from our train short.
The water pressure is really great there and made for a really nice shower.
Disliked: The pictures on the website made the rooms appear to be much larger than what they were. Between the small lobby, the tiny elevators, and the rooms that didn't have enough room to properly feel comfortable we felt a little claustrophobic. Spent $411 for two night stay in what we thought was going to be a bit more grand.
