Liked: After being visibly pissed off with me for a misunderstanding over our reservation, the bar girl let us put our cycles in a storeroom. Thankyou for that!
Disliked: Not enough space here to say, just take my word for it. Maybe the turd in our en-suite toilet as a welcome gift was a bad start. The barmaid and the locals taking the piss out of us also didn’t help! WORST place I have ever stayed in.

Liked: Even thou it's party time on Saturday night I had the TV just right I was a very happy customer can't find a fault and brilliant on the budget quality at an excellent value and thanks to all the staff that were great warm and made welcome

Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Liked: The location was great for me as I was meeting relations who live in Chard. The bedroom, bar and facilities were clean and tidy. Breakfast was cooked to order daily and plentiful. The evening meals arrived promptly and were hot. Both very tasty. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
