Superb!

Liked: One of the best hotels in Liverpool. I always stay at this hotel when travelling for business. Large, clean bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. You have everything you need for a spoiled stay.

Liked: The room was beautifully decorated, well equipped and relatively comfortable
Disliked: It was hard to find the entrance, the bathroom could be better laid out, the room that I was allocated needed to be changed

Liked: Staff went above and beyond with our room and requests, and was made to feel very welcomed
Disliked: Bathroom could have done with redecorating from old paint or bath panel... But facilities were brilliant for toiletries
