I was looking for reasonable...

Liked: The hotel bar and reception are was very good and the member of staff was exceptional and very friendly. TV was great and the room was clean.
Disliked: The issue was when I opened the door and entered my room. It was very small and lots of damages. I booked a jacuzzi bath that was advertised but the jacuzzi did not work. The shower also did not work. The tap on the sink came off every time I lifted the handle to turn the water on. The toilet roll holder was broken. The wall had chunks out of them and the were actually stained with spillages. The hotel didn't offer any food, which I find strange for a hotel and it does not mention this in booking information. I was advised to use uber eats.

Liked: A very comfortable hotel, with an easy bus trip into Liverpool City.
Disliked: Between booking and arrival breakfast (which we were expecting) became unavailable. The hotel offered a drink from the bar in compensation but we had been expecting breakfast!!

Great location, clean rooms, friendly...

Liked: Great location for anfield (concert) just 15 min walk. Friendly staff. Clean and cute room and bathroom but no windows so very hot in night and no fresh air. Parking but very limited.
Disliked: Windowless room and very noisy in night, creaking floorboards from other guests surprisingly loud and noise from cellar when bottling up so again disturbed sleep. Got double charged for room but was eventually refunded.
