Disliked: after paying for the reservation they demanded £150 deposit from me...!!!!!!!! when I cancelled my stay they don't want to give the money back. it's a scam I don't recommend avoid this place

Liked: Came down from Scotland for dua lipa concert with my daughter. Was greeted by the hotel manager, she was so lovely, .. there was mix up with a room , a bit of a mystery, but was all sorted with a bit laughter and good banter ..
