Comfortable stay

Liked: Phoenix CPH was able to accommodate a morning check-in that I was very grateful for. Extremely nice staff. I was on the first floor and had a very quiet single standard room. The room was small, but manageable for a single female traveler like myself. There's a fan in the room, but it's not AC. It was fine for me, but if you're someone who prefers AC, you might find the room a bit hot or stuffy. Comfortable bed and had a good night's rest. The highlight of the hotel is the location. Easily accessible to lots of things.
Disliked: Hotel is a bit dated as compared to the images on the website.

Beautiful place to stay near...

Liked: Beautiful room, and classical outlook at the lobby. Breakfast was wonderful with fruit salads and bountiful Danish bakery, very yummy food and variety of fruits -even with passion fruits and kiwi fruits - unusal appearance in the North Europe.
Disliked: There was initial blockage in the shower at my first day, but the technician fixed it quickly. The safe seems not working as I needed to ask the staff to open the safe twice. Otherwise all is very good!

Great location, old school charm,...

Liked: Great location, old school charm, comfortable bedrooms with everything you need and friendly, hospitable staff. A nice surprise as it's our first stay here and a place you would happily skip by. The bar was a little charmless but it was great option for an dinner drink and open :-)
Disliked: Nothing bad to say other than maybe a few tweaks to modernise the lobby area and other communal areas, could even bring more revenue from guests not staying in the hotel, from the hotel and bar for example. This is not a luxury hotel rather a mid range, charming and amazing location

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: Such an amazing place to stay in Copenhagen! It is very central to many of the main sites but not right where everyone is. It made walking to all the places we needed to go so easy. Breakfast was good. Staff was super helpful! The room had a little bit of air conditioning which was AMAZING! We were there when it was very hot and having that air-conditioning at night was so wonderful. It as also one of the only hotels that we stayed in that had a mini fridge which was so nice for having cold water. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was so nice. After two weeks of traveling and many different hotel rooms it was nice to have these comforts for our 4 night stay. Parking was easy to pay for at check in and the garage was very secure and close to the location. We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Liked: Perfect location, we did not even use public transport we only walked to all attractions.
Disliked: The room seems bigger on the photos and seems newer, but it was okay.
